Pre and post-contract Project Management services, using NEC ECC Option C, covering the main building works, site preparation and demolition works.

SAFETY, HEALTH & WELLBEING
Delivering of health and safety services based across Amazon’s network of fulfilment and logistics centres.
Account lead for external Health & Safety advisory team covering the UK, Germany, Poland, Czechia and Slovakia.
Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, Birmingham

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
£750m, new state-of-the art 740-bed hospital for Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust.
Programme Management for nine integrated workstreams, including designing and implementing the re-establishment of the PMO, focusing on project controls, reporting and governance to deliver the programme and provide assurance and accountability.

£210m, 37,700m2 office space and a live broadcast studio at Sky’s Osterley site.
CDM advisor to the architect for the internal fit-out of the building during the transition into CDM 2015.

Strategic CDM support for the DWP’s multi-year, multi-disciplinary life cycle and business as usual projects.
Working in partnership with the DWP’s head of health and safety and designing a CDM delivery strategy and implementation handbook for project managers overseeing refurbishment work on hundreds of projects on the DWP’s estate.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
£18m renovation & new-build health and wellbeing centre procured under the Designed for Life Wales NHS framework.
Pre-contract Project Management services on behalf of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
